Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School - Monty Tech

Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, also known as Monty Tech, is a vocational school in Fitchburg, Massachusetts and Westminster, Massachusetts, which teaches 20 different trades. The school includes a child care center. It also includes a performing arts center named after former Superintendent-Director Stratos G. Dukakis

The school is operated by the Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School District, which is made up of 18 nearby towns. These towns are Ashburnham, Ashby, Athol, Barre, Fitchburg, Gardner, Harvard, Holden, Hubbardston, Lunenburg, Petersham, Phillipston, Princeton, Royalston, Sterling, Templeton, Westminster, and Winchendon.

Robotics Team

Monty Tech is home to Multiple Vex Robotics Teams; Teams 562A, 562B, 562C, known as S.P.A.R.K. The team consists of about 17 Monty Tech students and one instructor named Mr. Farr. The teams regularly attends robotics competitions and competes. Please see Mr. Farr for more details.
